Numbers don’t tell the whole story, but they can tell you a lot about a community. At Quality International School, our numbers illustrate the strength of our academic programs, the dedication of our faculty and staff, the determination and perseverance of our students, and the compassion of our community. We hope these numbers might inspire you to learn more about Q.I.S and discover our whole story.
Quality Internationl School opened its doors in September of 2002 with 24 students in Nursery 1 and 2, two teachers, and first head teacher Aunty Emelda. Classes were held in rented space on the street corner opposite SONEL TKC. In 2007, enrollment had grown to 70 students and the school moved to a half-hectare site on at Etoug-ebe. The first class of 14 pupils graduated from the primary section in 2008. In 2008, the Q.I.S expanded to include the Secondary section, and in 2018-19 was home to 307 students. Celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2022, Q.I.S today serves over 1,000 young women and men in Nursery 1 through Upper Sixth.
